A revolução digital transformou a atividade das empresas e o marketing. O marketing digital permitiu às marcas definir estratégias de aproximação com o cliente e com base no seu perfil e jornada de consumo. Neste contexto, a formação nesta área assume um papel determinante e o presente relatório reporta a aplicação de práticas de marketing em contexto real, através da realização de um estágio curricular na Agência LKCOM - Marketing of Tomorrow para conclusão do Mestrado em Marketing Digital do Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto.
O estágio decorreu entre janeiro e abril de 2025, com uma duração total de 487,5 horas, resultando num envolvimento ativo com mais de 15 clientes. Realizando as mais diversas tarefas, nomeadamente a gestão de redes sociais de clientes como o CeNTI, a Amorim Sports e a Corkeen, a realização do clipping diário da F3M ou das Termas de Chaves e a introdução de conteúdos em vários websites, especialmente a Giacomini e o Projeto Procrystal, foi ainda solicitada a criação de conteúdo, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de planeamentos das redes sociais, websites e aplicações.
Desta forma, ao longo do presente documento são apresentados o conceito e a importância do marketing digital, assim como os elemento-chave que fomentam a implementação de uma estratégia de marketing digital bem-sucedida. Estas informações sustentam a aplicação prática e a participação nas diferentes atividades de estágio.
The digital revolution has transformed business and marketing. Digital marketing has allowed brands to define strategies for getting closer to customers, based on their profile and customer journey. In this regard, training in this area plays a decisive role and this report describes the application of marketing practices in a real-life context, by carrying out an internship at the LKCOM - Marketing of Tomorrow agency to complete the Master's Degree in Digital Marketing at the Porto Accounting and Business School. The internship took place between January and April 2025, with a total duration of 487,5 hours, resulting in active involvement with more than 15 clients. Performing a wide range of tasks, including managing social media for clients such as CeNTI, Amorim Sports and Corkeen, producing daily clippings for F3M and Termas de Chaves, and introducing content to various websites, especially Giacomini and the Procrystal Project, as well as creating content, contributing to the development of social media, website and app planning. Throughout the document, the concept and importance of digital marketing are presented, as well as the key elements that foster the implementation of a successful digital marketing strategy. This information supports the practical application and participation in the various internship activities.
