Abstract(s)
Este projeto apresenta uma intervenção no âmbito dos processos de acolhimento,
integração e socialização, implementada na Entidade Acolhedora do Projeto (EAP), a
empresa AptivPort Services S.A.
Com o suporte da análise teórica e da análise empírica foi possível desenvolver uma
reestruturação sustentada em quatro âmbitos estratégicos, nomeadamente, 1) manual de
acolhimento, 2) plano de integração e socialização, 3) reunião de acompanhamento e, 4)
sala de acolhimento, visando consequentemente cinco objetivos: 1) assegurar a
aprendizagem da identidade atual da empresa e dos seus valores; 2) auxiliar o novo
colaborador a adaptar-se à sua função; 3) criação de relações interpessoais; 4) garantir o
apoio e suporte ao processo de integração dos novos colaboradores; 5) criar um local
exclusivo e adequado para realizar o acolhimento. Definida como finalidade a passagem
de 5 novos colaboradores salaried pelas novas medidas do plano de AIS, verificou-se
no final que foram 10 os novos colaboradores salaried abrangidos pelas novas medidas
implementadas.
Ao longo da implementação das novas medidas realizaram-se no total 28 planos de
acolhimento, 7 planos de integração e socialização e 10 reuniões de acompanhamento.
Após a conclusão da implementação e avaliação de cada âmbito, 5 novos colaboradores
salaried foram admitidos na empresa. Estes dados vêm salientar a pertinência deste
projeto e a vantagem que a empresa adquiriu com a sua correta implementação.
This project presents an intervention in the scope of the welcoming, integration and socialization processes, implemented in the Project Hosting Entity, the company AptivPort Services S.A. With the support of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis it was possible to develop a sustained restructuring in four strategic areas, namely 1) welcoming manual, 2) integration and socialization plan, 3) follow-up meeting and, 4) welcoming room, consequently aiming at five objectives: 1) to ensure the learning of the current identity of the company and its values; 2) help the new employee adapt to the new role; 3) creation of interpersonal relationships; 4) to guarantee the support to the process of integration of the new employees; 5) create a unique and appropriate place to host. Defined as the purpose of the passage of 5 new salaried employees by the new measures of the welcoming, integration and socialization plan, it was found that 10 new salaried employees were covered by the new measures implemented. During the implementation of the new measures, 28 welcoming plans, 7 integration and socialization plans and 10 follow-up meetings were held. Upon completion of the implementation and evaluation of each scope, 5 new salaried employees were admitted to the company. These data highlight the relevance of this project and the advantage that the company acquired with its correct implementation.
