Abstract(s)
A análise
This work aims to understand the increase in the number of student dropouts in Specialized Artistic Education. The possibility of studying music for free, combined with the opening of new artistic education schools and the creation of conditions for collaboration between regular and artistic education schools, increased the demand and generalized the admissions, thus creating a new concept of students seeking Specialized Artistic Education. The data used to draw up an action plan was collected in three official schools where both the articulated and the integrated Specialized Artistic Education regimes are taught, through surveys carried out with students in the 5th and 9th years of schooling in both regimes, their guardians and directors of artistic education schools. The analysis of the data attests to students dropping out throughout the cycles, but mainly seeks to collect data on expectations and reality, contributing to the creation of a basis for planning the future. The action plan is focused on the adaptability of logistical organization, curricula and communication. There is an effort to contribute to the definition and, lastly, reference is made to the ambiguities of the legislation
