Abstract(s)
A intervenção em Bairros Sociais denota-se crucial para promover bases de inclusão e integração social, sob o ponto de vista de erradicação do estigma e, sobretudo, do auto estigma. A intervenção deve corresponder às necessidades e problemas identificados pela população e às potencialidades identificadas, almejando a mudança social. A escuta ativa e a promoção da participação da comunidade no seu processo de mudança são imprescindíveis para que tal aconteça. O próprio espaço é preponderante para a construção e consolidação da identidade cultural da população.
Este trabalho pretende compreender os efeitos da intervenção comunitária na vertente psicossocial e sócio ocupacional da população residente nestes empreendimentos, avaliando o sentimento de pertença e autoestima através do estudo da participação em ações impulsionadoras de momentos que estimulam o envolvimento da população. Desta feita, pretende-se, com recurso à presente investigação, contribuir para o entendimento das dimensões no âmbito da intervenção comunitária sócio ocupacional numa ótica de identificação dos benefícios e das barreiras que condicionam a intervenção.
O trabalho apresentado reúne uma recolha de dados de 90 inquéritos por questionário e 8 entrevistas a participantes e não participantes de empreendimentos sociais em Guimarães e em Fafe, permitindo compreender e analisar a perceção dos moradores em relação à intervenção sócio ocupacional, bem como a influência do espaço bairro e das interações sociais para que esta intervenção apresente resultados de sucesso e, essencialmente, o porquê de a participação comunitária apresentar reduzida percentagem, principalmente em bairros sociais, tendo em conta a pesquisa realizada.
Os estudos utilizados demonstram que a pesquisa sobre este tema tem adquirido importante relevância, dado o surgimento e aposta por parte de entidades estatais, visto relevar-se um potencial caminho para a integração e dinamização de atividades que proporcionem bem-estar, a integração e reabilitação social do indivíduo em situação de vulnerabilidade.
Com este trabalho pretende-se comprovar a importância ou não da intervenção sócio ocupacional para a melhoria e promoção de sensações de bem-estar, desenvolvimento do sentimento de pertença e o fortalecimento das relações interpessoais como contributo para o processo de (re)estruturação do indivíduo que vive num bairro social e por motivos certamente negativos se encontra a viver neste local.

The intervention must correspond to the needs and problems identified by the population and the identified potential, aiming for social change. Active listening and promoting community participation in their change process are essential for this to happen. The space itself is crucial for the construction and consolidation of the population’s cultural identity. This work aims to understand the effects of community intervention on the psychosocial and socio-occupational aspects of the population residing in these projects, evaluating the feeling of belonging and self-esteem through the study of participation in actions that promote moments that stimulate the population's involvement. This time, the aim is, using this research, to contribute to the understanding of the dimensions within the scope of socio-occupational community intervention from the perspective of identifying the benefits and barriers that condition the intervention. The work presented brings together a collection of data from 90 questionnaire surveys and 8 interviews with participants and non-participants of social enterprises in Guimarães and Fafe, allowing us to understand and analyze the perception of residents in relation to socio-occupational intervention, as well as the influence of neighborhood space and social interactions so that this intervention presents successful results and, essentially, why community participation presents a low percentage, especially in social neighborhoods, taking into account the research carried out. The studies used demonstrate that research on this topic has acquired important relevance, given the emergence and investment by state entities, as it represents a potential path for the integration and promotion of activities that provide well-being and integration, rehabilitation social status of the individual in a vulnerable situation. This work aims to prove the importance or otherwise of socio-occupational intervention for improving and promoting feelings of well-being, developing a sense of belonging and strengthening interpersonal relationships as a contribution to the process of (re)structuring the individual. who lives in a social neighborhood and for certainly negative reasons finds himself living in this place.
