| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório descreve o decorrer do estágio realizado na plataforma 99.media no âmbito da conclusão do Mestrado em Tradução e Interpretação Especializadas, do Instituto de Administração e Contabilidade do Porto. As tarefas a ser desempenhadas ao longo do estágio incluem a tradução de textos e entrevistas, a criação de legendas para curtas-metragens para português, e a criação de legendas para surdos em português e inglês. O primeiro capítulo apresenta as razões para a escolha do estágio, a descrição da empresa de acolhimento e a contextualização do estágio. Nos capítulos seguintes é feito um breve enquadramento teórico para cada uma das áreas de tradução trabalhadas, cada um acompanhado por uma análise dos desafios de tradução e possíveis soluções, bem como as diferentes técnicas e metodologias usadas. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report describes my internship with the company 99.media as part of the conclusion of my master's degree in Specialized Translation and Interpreting, from the Porto Accounting and Business School. The tasks to be carried out during the internship included the translation of texts and interviews, the creation of Portuguese subtitles for short films, and the creation of subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing in Portuguese and English. The first chapter presents the reasons for choosing this internship, an introduction of the host company and the contextualisation of the internship. The following chapters provide a brief theoretical background for each of the translation areas I worked in, each of them accompanied by an analysis of the translation challenges and possible solutions, as well as the different techniques and methodologies used. | pt_PT |
