Abstract(s)
Sharing and collaboration actions are presents on daily lives of people by diferents ways: in the environment in which we live sharing belongings with our family; on social networking platforms sharing opinions and recommendations about places and local business; in corporate environments by sharing data and resources between partners to enable the achievement of strategic objectives. In general, the search for the relation between collaboration and sharing are linked to the benefits that can be produced by them, creating new possibilities not yet explored through idle resources. Nevertheless, these relations are not at all advantageous because barriers can discourage practices or render benefits cited above void or ineffective. The purpose of this study is realize the survey of the actions of sharing in the scope of IFTM - Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of the Triângulo Mineiro, identifying details about the procedures adopted and, in particular, the factors that encourage and those that make it difficult to share. The work is characterized by the application of the qualitative methodology using as a data collection instrument semistructured interview, held, in person, in eight campuses and Rectory of the institution. The information was collected, tabulated and analyzed in order to allow the identification of behavioral patterns in the management of campuses. The research proves that there is an intense collaboration between campuses, preferably between those geographically close to one another. It is also realized that the search for the decrease of idleness of the resources is the main motivating factor of these practices. On the other hand, the complexity to perform the scheduling and ensure the availability of the resource for sharing is evaluated as the main barrier to the execution of these actions.
