Este Projeto final de Mestrado, assenta na conceção de um espaço devoluto e de relevância histórica que promova encontros culturais e sociais para todos, independentemente do seu estrato social, etnia, cultura. A solução que se deseja desenvolver pretende dar também resposta a algumas necessidades dos artistas da cidade do Porto, mantendo e cultivando as suas tradições e memórias, regras de vida e valores, onde a diversidade cultural seja encarada como uma mais-valia na cidade e na sociedade.
This final Master's Project is based on the conception of a vacant space of historical relevance which promotes cultural and social encounters for everyone, regardless of their social strata, ethnicity, culture. The solution we want to develop is also intended to respond to some of the needs of artists in the city of Porto, maintaining and cultivating their traditions and memories, rules of life and values, where cultural diversity is seen as an asset in the city and in the society.
