Abstract(s)
Atualmente, as empresas do setor turístico atuam num ambiente extramente
dinâmico, complexo e competitivo, e como tal é necessário que apresentem algo de carácter
diferenciador.
Neste âmbito, o presente projeto tem como principal objetivo idealizar um
empreendimento de turismo em espaço rural, tendo como propósito satisfazer as
necessidades dos clientes com experiência em turismo em espaço rural (TER) e os do Palacete
Dona Maria, quanto à proximidade de um serviço de hospedagem depois de presenciar um
evento.
Para alcançar este objetivo utilizou-se existiu a metodologia qualitativa e quantitativa.
A qualitativa através de uma entrevista semiestrutura ao relações-públicas do Palacete Dona
Maria para entender os benefícios de criar este projeto ao lado dessa quinta e ainda, perceber
a procura turística de unidades de alojamento por parte dos convidados depois de
presenciarem determinados eventos. De seguida, recorremos a uma metodologia quantitativa
através da aplicação de um inquérito por questionário para recolher informações e dados
relativamente ao perfil do público-alvo de TER.
Elaboramos um plano de negócios e as respetivas projeções financeiras. Encontramos
na perspetiva do projeto pós-financiamento um Valor Atual Líquido de 22.967€, uma Taxa
Interna de Rentabilidade de 6,77% e um Pay Back de 6 anos. Na perspetiva do investidor um
Valor Atual Líquido de 152.866€, uma Taxa Interna de Rentabilidade de 16,31% e um Pay Back
de 6 anos.
Concluímos com os resultados encontrados que o projeto tem viabilidade económico-
financeira que permitirá a sua implementação imediata.
Currently, companies in the tourism sector operate in an extremely dynamic, complex and competitive environment and such, they must present something of a differentiating character. In this context, the present project has as main objective to idealize a rural tourism enterprise to satisfy the needs of clients with experience in rural tourism and those of Palacete Dona Maria regarding the proximity of a hosting service after attending an event. To achieve this objective, a quantitative and quantitative methodology was used. The qualitative through a semi-structured interview with Palacete Dona Maria’s public relations officer to the benefits of creating this project next to the events’ space and also to understand the touristic demand for accommodation by guests after attending certain events. Then, we resorted to a quantitative methodology through the application of a questionnaire to collect information and data regarding the profile of the target audience for rural tourism. We prepared a business plan and the respective financial projections. From the perspective of the post financing, we found a net present value of €22.976, an internal rate of return of 6.77% and a 6-year payback. From the investor’s perspective, we found a net present value of €152.866, an internal rate of return of 16,31% and a 6-year payback. We conclude with the results found that the project has economic and financial viability that will allow its immediate implementation.
