Abstract(s)
O projeto desenvolvimento de elementos jurídicos para a constituição de uma
associação desportiva, cultural e recreativa, tem como objetivo a criação de uma
entidade no setor da economia social, com o intuito de combater a estagnação na
freguesia de Cobro. Primeiramente fez-se uma revisão de literatura do setor e do
associativismo, seguidamente realizou-se um inquérito para recolher o máximo de
opiniões possíveis sobre a importância da criação da associação, para se ter uma noção
da viabilidade do projeto.

First, a literature review of the sector and associations was carried out, then a questinaire was carried out to collect as many opinions as possible about the importance of creating the association, in order to have an idea of the viability of the project.
