Abstract(s)
O presente documento surge no âmbito da Unidade Curricular Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, que visa ao futuro professor experienciar, em contexto educativo, o seu desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal. Assim, este Relatório de Estágio pretende descrever, de forma reflexiva, o percurso de descoberta do perfil profissional da mestranda.
Este momento de formação consistiu num processo colaborativo, repleto de reflexões e partilhas entre professores cooperantes, professores supervisores, orientadores e demais intervenientes, o que permitiu superar desafios e desenvolver capacidades essenciais à profissão docente.
A prática pedagógica desenvolvida possibilitou compreender as diversas exigências de ensinar nos dias de hoje e constituiu-se como um contexto rico de investigação, na qual a mestranda pôde planificar, agir, refletir e investigar, com o intuito de desenvolver capacidades inerentes ao professor investigador/reflexivo. Neste âmbito, procurou-se promover experiências de aprendizagem integradoras, que potenciassem o desenvolvimento de um conhecimento mais coeso da realidade pelos alunos. Ainda na perspetiva de desenvolver capacidades investigativas, apresenta-se o projeto “O poder de uma imagem na resolução de problemas” que resultou da observação, recolha de dados e reflexão da professora estagiária, que teve como principal objetivo compreender de que forma a banda desenhada influencia a capacidade de resolução de problemas dos alunos.
Por fim, reflete-se sobre as principais aprendizagens profissionais e pessoais alcançadas, que permitiram à professora estagiária compreender as exigências atuais do ensino e suscitar a esperança de que se for sempre capaz de refletir sobre a sua prática poderá potenciar o sucesso dos seus futuros alunos.
This document is part of the Supervised Teaching Practice Course Unit, which aims at future teachers to experience their professional and personal development in an educational context. Thus, this Internship Report intends to describe, reflexively, the path of discovery of the Master’s student's professional profile. This moment of training consisted of a collaborative process, full of reflections and sharing between cooperating teachers, supervising teachers, advisors and other parties involved, which allowed to overcome challenges and develop essential skills to the profession of teaching. The developed pedagogical practice made it possible to understand the diverse requirements of teaching nowadays and it was constituted as a rich research context, in which the master’s student could plan, act, reflect and investigate, in order to develop skills inherent to the researcher/reflexive teacher. In this context, it was sought to promote integrative learning experiences that would foster the development of a more cohesive knowledge of reality by students. Yet in the perspective of developing investigative skills, the project “The power of an image in problem solving” is presented, which resulted from the observation, data collection and reflection of the trainee teacher, whose main objective was to understand how comic strips influence students' problem-solving skills. Finally, it is reflected on the main achieved professional and personal learning, which allowed the trainee teacher to understand the current requirements of teaching and to bring about hope that if she is always able to reflect on her practice, it will enhance her future students’ success.
