Abstract(s)
O Decreto-lei n.º 55/2018, de 6 de julho, veio dotar as escolas de uma maior autonomia e flexibilidade na gestão curricular atendendo à articulação curricular. Este estudo tem por objetivo a identificação das mudanças introduzidas num agrupamento de escolas do distrito do Porto, a nível do 1º ciclo, com a implementação do Decreto-Lei n.º 55/2018.
Desenvolveu-se o estudo tendo por base uma abordagem metodológica de natureza qualitativa e quantitativa. Os resultados obtidos, a partir as entrevistas e questionários, permitiram identificar algumas mudanças sentidas, como a falta de formação específica para uma melhor implementação das medidas e a falta de apoio da tutela entre outras. Apontado agora para os benefícios focamos a autonomia, espírito crítico e reflexivo, a motivação, o potencializar de uma democracia do sistema e o centra as aprendizagens no aluno.

This study aims to identify the changes introduced in a group of schools in the district of Porto, at the level of the 1st cycle, with the implementation of Decree-Law No. 55/2018. The results obtained from the interviews and questionnaires allowed us to identify some changes felt, such as the lack of specific training for a better implementation of the measures and the lack of support from the guardianship, among others. Pointing now to the benefits, we focus on autonomy, critical and reflective spirit, motivation, the strengthening of a democracy of the system and centering learning on the student.
