O tema desta Dissertação do Mestrado em Negócio Eletrónico analisa a introdução por completo dos sistemas de pagamentos eletrónicos em festivais de música, pegando como exemplo o festival Neopop, tendo tido a sua primeira edição 100% cashless no presente ano.
Serão avaliados os pontos de vista por parte da entidade organizadora para que se entenda o motivo da escolha de forma trabalhar e perceber a visão da mesma, identificar os desafios, avaliá-los, refletir sobre os problemas encontrados e solucioná-los.
Deste modo, as principais áreas de investigação deste tema serão as compras efetuadas dentro do recinto e as vantagens que os pagamentos online trouxeram.
Sendo assim, o objetivo final desta Dissertação é efetuar um estudo de caso ao procedimento atual, verificar as falhas e procurar soluções, tentando dessa forma criar um sistema ainda mais digital que possa facilitar a interação entre todas as partes envolvidas.
The theme of this master’s Dissertation in Electronic Business analyzes the complete introduction of electronic payment systems at music festivals, taking the Neopop festival as an example, having its first 100% cashless edition this year. The points of view of the organizing entity will be evaluated to understand the reason for choosing how to work and understand its vision, identify the challenges, evaluate them, reflect on the problems encountered and solve them. Therefore, the main areas of research on this topic will be purchases made within the venue and the advantages that online payments have brought. Therefore, the final goal of this Dissertation is to conduct a case study of the current procedure, verify the flaws, and seek solutions, thus trying to create an even more digital system that can ease the interaction between all parties involved.
