Abstract(s)
Ao longo deste relatório de estágio é descrito o percurso de formação da
mestranda. São realizadas abordagens ao nível dos processos educativos que foram
desenvolvidos ao longo do ano de estágio, sendo estes a observação, a planificação,
a ação, a avaliação e a reflexão, inerentes à investigação-ação, tendo em conta as
várias dimensões pedagógicas, articulando estes processos com os referenciais
teóricos e legais que sustentaram a ação da formanda.
A criança é um sujeito de direitos e não só de necessidades, devendo o
profissional de educação ter conhecimento das suas funções e dos objetivos a atingir
de acordo com o grupo de crianças com o qual irá trabalhar. Um educador deve
saber prever e definir com precisão o resultado que se espera do grupo, tendo em
conta as características individuais de cada criança, vocações e dificuldades.
Este trabalho académico está dividido em duas partes fundamentais, sendo elas:
o Enquadramento Teórico e Legal, constituído pelo conjunto de pressupostos que
fundamentaram a ação da mestranda, e a análise reflexiva das atividades
desenvolvidas pela estagiária no decorrer da sua ação. Este relatório é o culminar de
toda a prática vivenciada ao longo do ano de estágio e pretende descrever o
processo de desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, assim como as dificuldades
vividas pela formanda.
É de salientar, que o presente relatório integra as valências de creche e de
Educação Pré-escolar, uma vez que o estágio foi realizado em ambos os contextos.
In this internship report is described the path that this master student took on her internship, in which were done several approaches in some levels of educational procedures that were developed in this year of internship, which are, observation, planning, action, evaluation and reflexion, inherent to the researching-action, being present the various pedagogical dimensions, gathering this procedures with the theoretical and legal references that sustained the trainee’s actions. The child is a subject of rights and not only of needs, so the professional of education should be aware of the functions and the goals to achieve accordingly to the group of children with which he is working with. A teacher should know how to prevent and define with precision the outcome he is predicting from the group, regarding the individual characteristics of each individual child, such as difficulties and vocations. This academic paper is divided in two fundamental parts, which are: the theoretical and legal guidelines, which are made by a gathering of assumptions that are fundamental for the action of this student, and the reflective analysis of the activities developed by the trainee on the course of her action. This report is the gathering of the all practice lived by the course of this year of internship and pretends to describe the process of personal and professional development, as well the difficulties lived by the student. It’s to enhance as well, that this report integrates the booth nursery and preschool educations, since the internship held this two contexts.
