O relatório de estágio surge da unidade curricular: Integração Curricular: Prática Pedagógica e Relatório de Estágio que faz parte do plano educativo do 2º ano do Mestrado em Ensino do 1º e 2º Ciclo do Ensino Básico.
Este apresentará, de forma crítica e reflexiva, todo o percurso palmilhado pela professora estagiária, sendo que este foi essencial para o seu desenvolvimento pessoal, social e profissional. Este caminho fez-se pelo abraço caloroso de dois lugares de delícias: EB2/3 Pêro Vaz de Caminha e EB1 da Azenha.
A prática educativa supervisionada enlaçou diferentes momentos: a observação, cooperação, intervenção e reflexão, inspirados na investigação-ação, com o objetivo primordial de fazer pensar, entreolhar e melhorar as práticas, por forma a, ao mesmo tempo que aprendeu a ensinar, preparar cada estudante a “conquistar” o mundo.
A professora estagiária foi guiada pelo processo de supervisão que lhe proporcionou caminhos de aprendizagem, através da mobilização de um caleidoscópio. Este permitiu-lhe moldar-se, levando-a a procurar reinventar o amanhã. A colaboração com o par pedagógico ofereceu-lhe a partilha de angústias, alegrias e reflexões que a fizeram crescer.
Assim, o relatório de estágio revelará singularidades construídas ao longo do percurso formativo, durante o qual a futura professora assumiu uma atitude investigativa em relação aos desafios, processos e desempenhos do quotidiano profissional. As experiências, as dificuldades sentidas e os obstáculos ultrapassados reforçam a ideia de que o processo de formação será sempre ávido de uma permanente atualização.
Tudo isto possibilitou a conquista de um sonho: Ser Professora Inspiradora
The internship report arises from curricular unity: Curriculum Integration: Teaching Practice and Training Report that is part of the educational plan of the 2nd year of the Master degree in elementary and middle school education. This will present, from a critical and reflective perspective, the whole trodden path by the trainee teacher, and how this experience was essential to their personal, social and professional development. This path was made by the warm embrace of two places of delights: EB2 / 3 Pêro Vaz de Caminha and EB1 da Azenha. Supervised educational practice laced different moments: observation, cooperation, action and reflection, inspired by action research, with the primary objective to make think, look at each other and improve practices in order to aim, at the same time, the knowledge of how to teach and prepare each student to "conquer" the world. The trainee teacher was guided by supervisory process that afforded her learning paths through the mobilization of a kaleidoscope. This allowed her to shape up, leading her to seek the reinvention of tomorrow. The collaboration with the pedagogical couple offered her sharing anxieties, joys and reflections that helped in the growing process. Therefore, the internship report will reveal singularities constructed along the formative way, during which, the future teacher took an investigative attitude towards challenges, processes and performances of the daily professional routine. The experiences, the encountered difficulties and the overcome obstacles reinforce the idea that the training process will be always eager for a permanent update. All of this enabled the achievement of a dream: Being an Inspiring Teacher.
