O papel do professor de instrumento no bem-estar e motivação do aluno

Abstract(s)
O presente relatório, elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Música, especialização em Instrumento (Viola), apresenta um resumo de todas as atividades da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada e incluí o meu projeto de investigação.
O trabalho está dividido em três capítulos principais. No primeiro capítulo, contextualizo a escola onde o estágio foi realizado, dando uma visão detalhada sobre o seu funcionamento, com especial atenção à classe de viola. Neste capítulo, exponho os conteúdos programáticos e as matrizes curriculares da classe. No segundo capítulo, é feita a descrição de toda a Prática de Ensino Supervisionada. O terceiro capítulo incide sobre o meu projeto de investigação - "O Papel do Professor de Instrumento no Bem-Estar e Motivação do Aluno" - que se foca na importância da relação professor-aluno. A escolha deste tema surge de diversos comportamentos e da falta de empatia por parte de alguns professores, que observei ao longo dos anos do meu percurso escolar. Alguns dos comportamentos que fui observando foram diretamente comigo, outros em relação a outros colegas e, na minha experiência, sempre comprometeram de alguma forma o desenvolvimento dos alunos. Neste projeto de investigação, exploro os aspetos mais importantes na relação professor-aluno e investigo o trabalho de autores da psicologia da educação que se dedicaram à pesquisa de uma boa e proficiente conduta do professor na aula de instrumento. Para incentivar a autoconfiança e o bem-estar, incluo a criação de um Caderno do Aluno e um Caderno do Professor.
This report, as part of the Master's Degree in Music Teaching with a specialization in Instrument (Viola), presents a summary of all Supervised Teaching Practice activities and includes my research project. The work is divided into three main chapters. In the first chapter, I contextualize the school where the internship took place, giving a detailed view of its operation, with special attention to the viola class. In this chapter, I explain the syllabus and curricular matrices of the class. In the second chapter, the entire Supervised Teaching Practice is described. The third chapter focuses on my research project - "The Role of the Instrument Teacher in Student Well-Being and Motivation" - which focuses on the importance of the teacher-student relationship. The choice of this theme arises from different behaviors and the lack of empathy from some teachers, which I observed over the years of my school career. Some of the behaviors I observed were directly with me, others in relation to other colleagues and, in my experience, they always compromised the students' development in some way. In this research project, I explored the most important aspects of the teacher-student relationship and investigated the work of authors from educational psychology who dedicated themselves to researching good and proficient teacher conduct in instrument classes. To encourage self-confidence and well-being, I include the creation of a Student Notebook and a Teacher Notebook.
