Abstract(s)
O presente documento descreve o estágio realizado na unidade curricular
de Tese e Dissertação do 2º ano de Mestrado em Engenharia Eletrotécnica
e de Computadores no ramo de Sistemas de Planeamento Industrial, no
Departamento de Engenharia Eletrotécnica (DEE) do Instituto Superior de
Engenharia do Porto (ISEP).
Desde sempre, no mundo industrial, como nas mais diversas áreas, pretendese
encontrar métodos inovadores que permitam, de uma forma geral, aumentar
o rendimento, mantendo ou baixando os custos, sejam eles monetários
ou não. Os países, organizações ou entidades pretendem apresentar soluções
revolucionárias que tragam melhorias significativas para o panorama atual.
Ultrapassadas já três grandes etapas, no que toca a revoluções industriais, a
população mundial encara-se agora com a quarta grande revolução industrial,
também denominada Indústria 4.0. No âmbito deste tema, explorando os
seus princípios, nomeadamente a digitalização de processos e a inovação,
pretende-se desenvolver uma aplicação que permita gerir digitalmente os
processos da Efacec.
A Efacec ultrapassa uma época de mudanças com o objetivo de implementar
novos métodos e conceitos no ceio da empresa, visando otimizar ainda mais
as áreas que explora. É pretendido que a aplicação disponha de ferramentas
base para a gestão da inovação tecnológica e que seja disponibilizada na
intranet da Efacec.
No que diz respeito à implementação, foram utilizadas as ferramentas de
trabalho Synergy e Structured Query Language (SQL) server. Após desenvolvida
uma primeira versão da aplicação, esta será posta em produção para,
posteriormente, se analisarem resultados com o intuito de corrigir possíveis
falhas e de adicionar novas funcionalidades. Resumindo, este trabalho deu origem à versão base de uma aplicação de gestão da inovação tecnológica em utilização na Efacec.
This document describes the internship in the Thesis and Dissertation course of the 2nd year of the Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in the field of Industrial Planning Systems in the Department of Electrotechnical Engineering (DEE) of the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP). Since always, in the industrial world and in the most diverse areas, it is intended to find innovative methods that can, in a general way, increase income while maintaining or reducing costs, whether monetary or not. Countries, organizations or entities want to come up with revolutionary solutions that bring significant improvements to the current landscape. After three major stages of industrial revolutions, the world population now faces the fourth major industrial revolution, also known as Industry 4.0. In the scope of this theme, exploring its principles, namely the process digitalization and the innovation, it is intended to develop an application that allows to digitally manage Efacec processes. Efacec goes beyond a time of change with the objective of implementing new methods and concepts at the company’s end, to further optimize the areas that explores. It is intended that the application will have basic tools for the management of technological innovation and that it will be made available on Efacec’s intranet. Regarding the implementation, the Synergy and Structured Query Language (SQL) server tools were used. After developed a first version of the application, it will be put into production to analyze the results to correct possible faults and add new functionalities. In short, this work has given rise to the base version of an application of management of the technological innovation in use in Efacec.
