O estágio curricular desenvolvido no âmbito da conclusão do Mestrado em Informação
Empresarial foi realizado na Escola Superior de Saúde de Santa Maria, situada na cidade
do Porto com a duração de 824 horas, compreendidas entre 1 de fevereiro e 30 de junho,
sob a orientação da Doutora Anabela Serrano, e da tutora e representante da instituição
acolhedora do estágio, a Doutora Ana Paula da Conceição.
O presente relatório é representativo das atividades desenvolvidas no decorrer do estágio,
e baseia-se na problemática encontrada e na proposta de resolução que foi criada. A
resolução proposta está sustentada com uma fundamentação teórica, de acordo com
bibliografia especializada na área em estudo.
A problemática encontrada e colmatada com o trabalho realizado no estágio foi a ausência
de um sistema de gestão documental na Escola, que permita que a informação seja criada,
organizada e partilhada de forma correta, que seja segura o que levará a uma redução
significativa a nível do uso de papel. Para além destes fatores o tempo na pesquisa de
informação será menor, o colaborador não necessita de se encontrar nas instalações, a
tomada de decisão será potenciada pelo acesso à informação correta no tempo certo, a
possibilidade de efetuar cópias de segurança e ainda facilitar na comunicação e
colaboração através dos fluxos de trabalho.
The curricular internship developed in the context of the conclusion of the Masters in Business Information was carried out at the Santa Maria Health School, located in the city of Oporto with a duration of 824 hours, between 1st of February and the 30th of June, under the guidance of the Doctorate Anabela Serrano, the tutor and representative of the institution welcoming the internship, Doctorate Ana Paula da Conceição. This report is representative of the activities carried out during the internship, and is based on the problems encountered and the proposed resolution. The proposed resolution is supported by a theoretical basis, according to specialized bibliography in the area under study. The problem found and rectified with the work carried out at the internship was the absence of a document management system in the School that allows information to be created, organized and shared in a correct way, which is safe and that will lead to a significant reduction in the use of paper. In addition to these factors the time in the information search will be shorter, the employee does not need to be in the premises, the decision making will be enhanced by access to the correct information in the right time, the possibility of making backup copies and also facilitate communication and collaboration through workflows.
