Abstract(s)
No Capítulo I é apresentada a instituição que me acolheu ao longo deste ano letivo.
The following report is the final work of two academic years of a Music Education Master’s at ESMAE/IPP, with a specialization in Clarinet. It is part of the subject Supervised Teaching Practice and it focuses on the Educational Practice and the Intervention Project developed over the academic year of 2019/2020 at Escola Profissional de Música de Espinho. The work is divided into three main parts. Chapter I introduces and describes the institution where the project took place over this academic year, its values, its community, its educational offer and its main activities. Chapter II deals with the whole process involved in Educational Practice, from its fundamental concepts, to the way it was guided, the activities involved and the conclusions drawn. Chapter III holds the theoretical reasoning, creation and implementation of the Intervention Project, whose main focus is the development of self-regulation abilities in junior and high education students. In order to do so, the use of video recording and subsequent self-observation of musical performance is advised. The intervention lasted for five weeks and involved the seven clarinet students of EPME. The results were collected through self-report questionnaires. The benefits of such a tool for the development of the students and its viability in their self-regulated learning were evident.
