| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório foi desenvolvido no âmbito do estágio realizado na empresa António Santos Lessa & Associados, no âmbito da unidade curricular de DIPRE do Mestrado em Engenharia Civil. O estágio decorreu no departamento de hidráulica da empresa e incidiu sobre a realização de projetos de instalações hidráulicas de abastecimento de água e de drenagem de águas residuais e pluviais em edifícios multifamiliares e de serviços, tendo sido levados a cabo um total de 9 projetos distintos. Atendendo a que, durante o estágio, se fomentou a consolidação de conceitos e a diversificação do tipo de edifícios analisados, sistematiza-se, no presente relatório, a informação teórica mais relevante, destacando-se: (i) as regras para a definição correta e otimizada de um traçado de qualquer tipo de rede, (ii) algumas disposições construtivas e (iii) os principais critérios de dimensionamento. Por outro lado, como o dimensionamento foi levado a cabo com o apoio de folhas de cálculo desenvolvidas pela empresa, foi, igualmente, detalhado o tipo de informação que, posteriormente, teve de ser analisado e tratado para utilização das folhas de cálculo de forma simples e cumprindo todas as disposições regulamentares. Por fim, são apresentados os casos de estudo desenvolvidos ao longo do estágio, sendo feita uma descrição mais detalhada de três projetos de redes prediais em edifícios multifamiliares. Para esses casos, são descritas algumas especificidades que, por apresentaram dificuldades acrescidas e pormenores de relevo que foi necessário ultrapassar, foram considerados representativos do tipo de trabalho realizado no presente estágio. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report was developed as part of the internship held at António Santos Lessa & Associados, within the framework of the DIPRE course of the Master in Civil Engineering. The internship took place in the hydraulics department, and focused on the realization of hydraulic water pipe supply projects and drainage of wastewater and rainwater in multifamily buildings and services, and carried out a total of 9 different projects. Given that the consolidation of concepts and the diversification of the type of buildings analyzed were fostered during the internship, the most relevant theoretical information was systematized in this report, highlighting: (i) the rules for the correct definition of the network plan layout and (ii) some constructive arrangements and (iii) the main sizing criteria. On the other hand, as the sizing was carried out with the support of spreadsheets developed by the company, it was also detailed the type of information that later had to be analyzed and treated to use the spreadsheets in a simple way and complying with all regulations. Finally, the case studies developed during the internship are presented, and a more detailed description of two projects of building water pipe networks in multifamily buildings is presented. For these cases, some specificities have been described which, because they presented greater difficulties and important details that were necessary to overcome, were considered representative of the type of work performed in the present internship. | pt_PT |
