dc.description.abstractAs mudanças impostas pelos mercados, pelo Instituto da Segurança Social, o aumento da exigência dos clientes e a necessidade de rentabilizar os recursos, requerem por parte das organizações uma restruturação nos métodos de trabalho e na sua visão estratégica. Este projeto apresenta a construção de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, onde se procedeu à elaboração da documentação e que tem como objetivo central, dotar o Centro Social S. Martinho Soalhães (CSSMS) de condições capazes de responder às exigências legais, cada vez mais complexas, mas naturalmente necessárias, responder às normas no domínio da qualidade e introduzir novos instrumentos e mecanismos de gestão, por forma a satisfazer todos os seus stakeholders, cumprindo os requisitos da norma NP EN ISO 9001:2015 e dos Manuais da Qualidade disponibilizados pela segurança social. Pretende-se com isto, que no final o CSSMS possa alcançar os benefícios da gestão da qualidade referidos pelos autores Pinto e Soares (2010: 16) nomeadamente: na melhoria da relação com os clientes; diminuição do produto não conforme; aumento da motivação dos colaboradores; redução dos custos de controle da qualidade; melhoria do clima organizacional; melhoria da imagem da organização (junto das partes interessadas) e pode (deve), existir a posterior certificação.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThe changes imposed by the markets, by the Institute of the Social security, the increase of the demand of the clients and the necessity of monetize the resources, they apply for part of the organizations for a restructuring in the methods of work and in his strategic vision. This project presents the construction of a System of Management of the Quality, where if it proceeded to the preparation of the documentation and what has like central objective, to endow the Centro Social S. Martinho Soalhães (CSSMS) of conditions able to respond to the more and more complex, but naturally necessary legal demands, to respond to the standards in the power of the quality and to introduce new instruments and mechanisms of management, for form to satisfy all his stakeholders, carrying out the requisites of the standard NP EN ISO 9001:2015 and of the Manuals of the Quality made available by the social security. One intends with this, that in the end the CSSMS could reach the benefits of the management of the quality told by the authors Pinto and Soares (2010: 16) namely: in the improvement of the relation with the clients; reduction of the product does not adapt; increase of the motivation of the collaborators; reduction of the costs of control of the quality; improvement of the climate organizational; improvement of the image of the organization (next to the interested parts) and it can (debit), there is the subsequent certification.pt_PT
