O projeto (Re)Encontros foi desenvolvido no Serviço de Atendimento e Acompanhamento Social
de um Centro Comunitário da região centro do país. O desenvolvimento do projeto partiu do amor
de um grupo de mulheres pelas artes manuais no sentido da resolução coparticipada de
problemas que foram identificados ao longo do percurso. Os objetivos gerais do projeto visavam
potenciar competências e interesses pessoais, ampliar a rede de relações e potenciar a
autoestima das pessoas.
Para responder aos objetivos elencados, foi desenvolvida uma intervenção psicossocial em
grupo. A metodologia que orientou o projeto foi a lnvestigação-Ação Participativa. Esta
metodologia privilegia a participação de todos/as os/as intervenientes do projeto, sendo a
partilha e o diálogo, ferramentas cruciais para o seu desenvolvimento.
A finalidade do projeto visou promover o bem-estar, a autonomização e a socialização de
mulheres de famnias em risco de isolamento social. Incidindo sobre os problemas identificados
pelas participantes e através de uma intervenção centrada na pessoa e na escuta ativa, foi criado
um espaço seguro, de socialização e de c o construção. Espaço este que permitiu a reinvenção das
pessoas envolvidas como sendo capazes de se experimentarem em novas relações e redes de
suporte. Este projeto foi uma caminhada intencionalizada mas progressivamente menos
planeada e mais informada pelas pessoas, pelas suas escolhas e opções e pelas suas vontades.
The project (Re)Encontros was developed in the Social Care and Monitoring Service of a Community Centre in the center of the country. The project was developed out of a group of women's love of handcrafts in order to co-participate in the resolution of problems that were identified along the way. The general aims of the project were to enhance personal skills and interests, expand the network of relationships and boost people's self-esteem. ln order to meet these objectives, a group psychosocial intervention was developed. The methodology that guided the project was Participatory Action Research. This methodology encourages the participation of ali those involved in the project, with sharing and dialogue being crucial too Is for its development. The purpose of the project was to pro mote the well- being, autonomy and socialization of women from families at risk of social isolation. By focusing on the problems identified by the participants and through person-centered intervention and active listening, a safe, socializing and coconstruction space was created. This space allowed the people involved to reinvent themselves as capable of experiencing new relationships and support networks. This project was an intentional journey, but one that was progressively less planned and more informed by the people, their choices and options and their wishes.
