As mudanças estão pressentes nas nossas vidas, mesmo quando não damos por elas. Qualquer que seja o pequeno ajuste que se faça no dia a dia, pode ser considerado como mudança.
Desta forma, as organizações devem estar em constantes mudanças para que consigam estar conectadas com as necessidades que vão surgindo e continuem a eliminar a concorrência.
Para que se atinga este objetivo, as mudanças devem ser bem implementadas para que sejam benéficas para a organização. É sobre esta gestão eficiente de mudanças organizacionais que vou estudar nesta dissertação.
Vai ser elaborado um inquérito na forma de questionário que irá abranger várias áreas de estudo. A partir das respostas dadas será possível analisar o comportamento de determinadas variáveis que influenciam um processo de mudança organizacional, individualmente e algumas em agregado.
A partir destas análises, pretende-se formar uma forma de gestão de um processo de mudança que seja aceite pela generalidade de agentes envolvidos e, claro, que atinga os objetivos pretendidos.
Changes are present in our lives, even when we don't notice them. Any small adjustment made in our daily routine can be considered a change. In this way, organizations must constantly undergo changes to stay aligned with emerging needs and continue to outpace the competition. To achieve this goal, changes must be well implemented to benefit the organization. It is this efficient management of organizational changes that I will study in this dissertation. A survey in the form of a questionnaire will be conducted, covering various areas of study. From the responses provided, it will be possible to analyze the behavior of specific variables that influence an organizational change process, both individually and in aggregate. Through these analyses, the aim is to formulate a method of managing a change process that is accepted by the majority of involved stakeholders and, of course, achieves the desired objectives.
