| dc.description.abstract | Este projeto visa tornar-se uma base de sustentação e um guia para a criação de um negócio online, a Abacatinho. A Abacatinho visualiza revelar-se como a marca de referência online para as fraldas reutilizáveis. O propósito da criação deste tipo de negócio prendeu-se efetivamente com a jornada recente de paternidade por que estou a passar e o interesse efetivo pela proteção do meio ambiente e dos valores de sustentabilidade, tornando este setor um claro match para a minha pessoa. A metodologia utilizada terá como suporte um planeamento inicial de todo o trabalho, com subsequentes prazos estimados, Business Model Canvas, pesquisa sobre o mercado concorrente e estudo da viabilidade do negócio com vista para o desenvolvimento de uma plataforma de venda digital. Foram utilizados diversos métodos de pesquisa, incluindo pesquisa de diversos artigos científicos online e recursos físicos ao longo deste trabalho que revelaram várias ideias dispostas ao longo deste projeto e permitiram ter uma visão mais abrangente do que é um negócio no mundo das fraldas reutilizáveis. Chega-se à conclusão que é possível criar e manter um negócio deste calibre em funcionamento e ter retorno financeiro positivo ao final do primeiro ano de transações. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This project aims to become a support base and a guide for the creation of an online business, Abacatinho. Abacatinho envisions revealing itself as the go-to for reusable diapers online. The purpose of creating this type of business was effectively linked to the recent journey of fatherhood that I am going through and the effective interest in protecting the environment and sustainability values, making this sector a clear match for me. The methodology used will support an initial planning of all the work, with subsequent estimated deadlines, Business Model Canvas, research on the competitor market and study of the feasibility of the business with a view to the development of a digital sales platform. Several research methods were used, including the research of several online scientific articles and other physical resources throughout this work, which revealed several ideas arranged throughout this project and allowed a broader view of what a business is in the world of reusable diapers. As a way of conclusion, it is possible to create and maintain a business of this caliber in operation and have a positive financial return at the end of the first year of transactions. | pt_PT |
