O projeto "A Construção de um Caminho Plural para a Mudança Inclusiva" ilustra a experiência de desenho e desenvolvimento de um projeto de Educação e Intervenção Social numa Cantina Social, localizada na cidade do Porto. O desenvolvimento do presente projeto privilegiou a metodologia de lnvestigação-Ação Participativa, partindo de um processo de observação e auscultação dos discursos, perceções e vivências dos atores sociais que integram esta realidade com vista à identificação de problemas e necessidades.
Este projeto teve como finalidade- contribuir para o desenvolvimento pessoal, social e cívico dos frequentadores da Cantina Social, tendo em vista a melhoria da sua qualidade de vida. Para tal, foram definidos três objetivos gerais: promover uma visão menos assistencialista na Cantina Social; potenciar a participação comunitária dos frequentadores na Cantina Social; e, conscientizar a rede de apoio do senhor F dos seus reais problemas. Para atingir estes objetivos foram desenvolvidas três ações: "Espaço Tasse Bem"; "Hoje Escolho Eu"; e, "É Preciso Ver o Ambiente".
As principais transformações alcançadas permitiram o aumento do envolvimento e da participação dos frequentadores no cotidiano da Cantina Social, a inclusão de práticas mais orientadas para a educação e intervenção social da Assistente Social e o conhecimento mais aprofundado e articulado da rede de apoio sobre a realidade de extrema vulnerabilidade do senhor F, o que possibilitou dar os primeiros passos para a construção de uma mudança inclusiva.
The project "A Construção de um Caminho Plural para a Mudança Inclusiva" illustrates the experience of designing and developing an Education and Social lntervention project in a Social Canteen, located in the city of Porto. The development of this project favoured the methodology of Participatory Action Research, based on listening to the speeches, perceptions and experiences of the social actors that integrate this reality in arder to identify problems and needs. The aim of this project was to contribute to the personal, social and civic development of those who frequent the Social Canteen, with a view to improving their quality of life. To this end, three general objectives were defined: to promote a less assistentialist vision in the Social Canteen; to enhance the community participation of those who frequent the Social Canteen; and, to make mister F support network aware of their real problems.To achieve these objectives, three actions were developed:"Espaço Tasse Bem";"Hoje Escolho Eu";and,"É Preciso Ver o Ambiente". The main transformations achieved allowed an increase in the involvement and participation of the regulars in the daily life of the Social Canteen,the inclusion of practices more oriented towards education and social intervention by the Social Worker and more in-depth and articulated knowledge of the support network about mister F reality of extreme vulnerability, which made it possible to take the first steps towards building an inclusive change.
