No âmbito do Mestrado em Marketing Digital, do Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP), o presente relatório de estágio pretende apresentar e descrever as atividades realizadas no decorrer do estágio curricular da aluna Ana Rita Silva Diegues.
O estágio curricular realizou-se na Brandup, uma agência de Modelo de Subscrição de serviços de marketing digital para marcas e negócios que procuram resultados. O estágio iniciou-se no dia 29 de janeiro de 2024 e terminou no dia 2 de maio de 2024, totalizando 408 horas, sob orientação de Jorge Rosendo.
O objetivo principal do estágio consistiu no desenvolvimento de habilidades práticas e conhecimento abrangente em estratégias e execução de marketing digital. Devido à ampla gama de serviços disponíveis pela agência e à disponibilidade da mesma, tive a oportunidade de explorar diversos domínios, nomeadamente, branding, desenvolvimento de websites, marketing de conteúdo, gestão de redes sociais e análise concorrencial, além de ter a oportunidade de ser introduzida a diversos setores de atividade.
O estágio teve como eixo central o desenvolvimento do projeto MED Agency, orientado para o rebranding de uma entidade e o seu consequente reposicionamento estratégico no mercado. Este projeto revelou-se fundamental para corroborar a relevância dos conhecimentos adquiridos no percurso académico, enquanto ampliou substancialmente as minhas competências práticas, preparando-me de forma sólida e eficaz para os futuros desafios profissionais.
Adicionalmente, o envolvimento em atividades diversificadas para uma gama de clientes da agência Brandup fomentou uma maior flexibilidade intelectual e aprimoramento organizacional, decorrentes da necessidade de realizar análises detalhadas sobre o posicionamento de cada cliente no mercado e da comunicação com a sua audiência. Considero esta experiência determinante para o desenvolvimento da minha capacidade de adaptação a variados contextos e estratégias de marketing, demonstrando-se essencial para a consolidação de uma abordagem analítica e estratégica nas práticas de comunicação.
As part of the Master's programme in Digital Marketing at the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP), this internship report aims to present and describe the activities carried out during Ana Rita Silva Diegues' internship. The internship took place at Brandup, a Subscription Model agency providing digital marketing services for brands and businesses looking for results. The internship began on the 29th of January 2024 and concluded on May 2nd of 2024, totalling 408 hours, under the guidance of Jorge Rosendo. The main objective of the internship was to develop practical skills and comprehensive knowledge in digital marketing strategies and execution. Due to the broad spectrum of services available from the agency and its availability, I had the opportunity to explore various fields, including branding, website development, content marketing, social media management and competitive analysis, as well as getting to know different sectors of activity. The centrepiece of the internship was the development of the MED Agency project, aimed at rebranding an organisation and its consequent strategic repositioning in the market. This project proved to be fundamental in corroborating the relevance of the knowledge acquired during my academic career, while substantially expanding my practical skills, preparing me solidly and effectively for future professional challenges. In addition, being involved in diversified activities for a range of clients of the Brandup agency fostered greater intellectual flexibility and organisational improvement, resulting from the need to carry out detailed analyses of each client's positioning in the market and their communication with their audience. Consider this experience decisive in developing my ability to adapt to different contexts and marketing strategies, and proved essential in consolidating an analytical and strategic approach to communication practices.
