A monitorização da produção consiste em melhorar o desempenho da empresa, melhorar a tomada de decisão por parte do Diretor Industrial e controlar de uma forma consciente e correta a produção da empresa. Este projeto consiste em desenvolver um sistema de controlo de uma linha de produção com duas máquinas, que dividem os discos de cortiça em várias classes tendo por base a sua qualidade da cortiça. Foi desenvolvido um sistema de comunicação dos dados obtidos pelas máquinas através de uma rede estabelecida na empresa, para através desses dados recolhidos conseguir proporcionar várias análises compostas e claras para melhorar a decisão do Diretor industrial. Com todos estes dados a tomada de decisão torna-se, mas segura e completa, prevendo melhor futuras encomendas e programando melhor a produção da empresa. Estes dados serão agrupados em tabelas de ficheiros Excel, que tem origem segundo ficheiros de texto criados pelas máquinas, que darão origem a tabelas mais simples e completas. Estas tabelas serão analisadas pela ferramenta Power Bi, de forma a criar vários dashboards de análise para o Diretor Industrial. Estes dashboards permitem resultados mais concisos e eficazes, podendo ser alterados ou atualizados a qualquer instante. Estes resultados obtidos, significam bastante para a empresa. Uma empresa que não tenha um sistema de controlo de produção ficará mais completa e será mais competitiva no mercado com todo este método de melhoria na monitorização de uma linha de produção.
Production monitoring consists of improving the company's performance, improving decision-making by the Industrial Director and consciously and correctly controlling the company's production. This project consists of developing a control system for a production line with two machines, which divide cork discs into several classes based on their quality. A communication system for the data obtained by the machines through a network established in the company was developed. Through these collected data to be able to provide several composite and clear analyzes to improve the decision of the Industrial Director. With all this data, decision making becomes more secure and complete, better predicting future orders and better scheduling the company's production. These data will be grouped in Excel file tables, which originate from text files created by the machines, which will give rise to simpler and more complete tables. These tables will be analyzed by the Power Bi tool, in order to create several analysis dashboards for the Industrial Director. These dashboards allow for more concise and effective results, which can be changed or updated at any time. These results obtained mean a lot to the company. A company that does not have a production control system will be more complete and more competitive in the market with all this method of improving the monitoring of a production line.
