A globalização foi impulsionada pelo comércio e investimentos internacionais com contributo das tecnologias de informação. Os progressos nesta área têm fornecido ferramentas às organizações, proporcionando-lhes uma visão e uma análise de tendências de mercado favoráveis ao seu desenvolvimento económico.
Para fazer face à crescente competitividade, uma das ferramentas necessárias à gestão de recursos humanos das organizações é a de avaliação do desempenho dos colaboradores. Embora o mercado já disponibilize ferramentas de apoio à sua monitorização, pretendeu-se o desenvolvimento de uma que respondesse às solicitações de vários clientes de uma empresa.
Deste modo, desenvolveu-se uma nova ferramenta, uma solução cloud que permite avaliar os resultados individuais dos colaboradores com base na monitorização dos objectivos que suportou o desenvolvimento de um protótipo funcional, onde se teve em conta a sua modificabilidade para se tornar adaptável a diferentes tipos de organização. Este foi testado de forma exaustiva durante todo o processo de construção e a empresa está em condições de terminar para disponibilizar brevemente uma aplicação que satisfaça os seus clientes.
Globalization was boosted by international trade and investment with the contribution of information technologies. Progress in this area has provided tools to organizations, providing them with insight and analysis of market trends conducive to their economic development. In order to face the increasing competitiveness, one of the necessary tools for the management of human resources of the organizations is the evaluation of the performance of its collaborators. Although the market already provides tools to support its monitoring, it was intended to develop one that responds to the requests of several clients of a company. In this way, a new tool, a cloud solution, has been developed that allows the evaluation of the individual results of the employees based on the monitoring of the individual objectives achieved in monthly and annual terms and which has the following benefits: quality, performance and innovation. So, a study was performed in the area of performance evaluation that supported the development of a functional prototype, where its modifiability was considered to become adaptable to different types of organization. This has been thoroughly tested throughout the entire construction process and the company is able to finish to briefly make available an application that satisfies its customers.
