| dc.description.abstract | Este Relatório de Estágio espelha o processo de desenvolvimento profissional da mestranda em dois contextos de educação de infância, nomeadamente numa sala de creche com crianças de dois e três anos de idade e numa sala de educação pré-escolar, com crianças entre os quatro e os cinco anos. Os processos formativos desenvolvidos permitiram uma apropriação de saberes essenciais ao desenvolvimento da profissionalidade do educador de infância, suportados por uma postura crítica e reflexiva da prática desenvolvida pela mestranda. Para além da abordagem mais geral da educação de infância em Portugal e de algumas componentes específicas da profissionalidade do educador, como a intencionalidade educativa e a gestão integrada do currículo, a mestranda optou por se centrar em alguns temas que se revelaram importantes na sua prática. Considerando o carácter situado da formação em contexto, face às particularidades dos grupos de crianças e dos ambientes educativos em questão, também são focados assuntos como a literacia emergente, a literacia científica e o trabalho de projeto neste relatório de estágio. A abordagem destes tópicos teve sempre em consideração a sua contribuição para a promoção do bem-estar, do desenvolvimento e da aprendizagem das crianças e, também, para a aprendizagem profissional da formanda, como é explícito na descrição e análise das ações pedagógicas desenvolvidas no capítulo 3. Por fim, na reflexão final, o leitor pode encontrar uma síntese de todo o processo formativo da mestranda, elencando possibilidades futuras de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This Internship Report reflects the professional development process of the student in two childhood education contexts. These contexts were a child daycare and a preschool, more specifically and respectively with children between two and three years old and between four and five years old. The developed formative processes allowed the appropriation of essential knowledge to the professionalism of the childhood educator. These processes were supported by a reflexive and critical posture of the practice unrolled by the master’s student. In addition to a more general approach of the early childhood education in Portugal and some specific components of the educator’s professionalism, such as educational intentionality and integrated curriculum management, the student chose to focus on some subjects that proved to be important in her practice. Considering the specific nature of the ‘in work-context’ training, given the particularities of the children groups and the environments in question, subjects such as emerging literacy, scientific literacy and the project work are also focused in this Internship Report. Addressing these topics had always in account their contribution to children’s well-being, development and learning and their contribution to the professional learning, as will become explicit in chapter 3 with the description and analysis of the developed pedagogical actions. Finally, in the final reflection, the reader can find a summary of the entire training process of the master’s degree student and also a list of future possibilities for personal and professional learning and development. | pt_PT |
