O presente ensaio propõe uma reflexão sobre os paralelismos entre cinema
documental e cinema experimental, explora o conceito de Antropofagia Visual a partir
do Manifesto Antropófago de Oswald de Andrade, a Reprodutibilidade falada por
Walter Benjamin e a mesclagem entre ficção e a realidade apoiado na Minnesota
Declaration de Werner Herzog. A segunda parte contempla abordagens de intermedialidade em Szél (Marcell
Iványi, 1996) e de intertextualidade em Le Livre d’Image (Jean-Luc Godard, 2018), conceitos que são basilares para a pesquisa e investigação do filme A Imagem por Vir e
na terceira parte são aprofundados os respectivos processos de criação fílmica.
The following essay proposes a meditation on the parallels between documentary and experimental cinema, explores the concept of Visual Anthropophagy based on Oswald de Andrade’s Anthropophagic Manifesto, the Reproduction spoken by Walter Benjamin and the blending between fiction and reality supported by the Minnesota Declaration by Werner Herzog. The second part includes approaches to intermediality in Szél (Marcell Iványi, 1996) and intertextuality in Le Livre d'Image (Jean-Luc Godard, 2018), concepts that arefundamental to the research of the film A Imagem por Vir. On the third part of the essay we explore in depth the film creation processes.
