As empresas de consultadoria e certificação assumem um papel importante nos processos
de internacionalização de empresas de diversos setores. A empresa TÜV Rheinland
Portugal, Lda. é uma empresa que presta serviços de certificação de empresas,
consultoria, formações, inspeções técnicas e certificação de produtos.
O estágio realizado numa empresa internacionalizada como a TÜV Rheinland Portugal,
Lda., permitiu o alicerçar de competências na área da internacionalização do estagiário.
Foi realizado um estudo exploratório, com triangulação e tendo por base entrevistas
semiestruturadas, sobre a internacionalização da empresa acolhedora por via da
implementação do sistema HACCP – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points para
Cabo Verde.
Conclui-se que a normalização de sistemas de controlo no mercado da segurança
alimentar se revela essencial em Cabo Verde, um país que aposta no turismo. A
inexistência de capacitação técnica e dos recursos humanos locais necessários para a
implementação autónoma do sistema HACCP, alavanca a TÜV Portugal para oferecer
este serviço, dada a sua experiência e a proximidade linguística e cultural com o mercado
alvo.
Consulting and certification companies play an important role in the internationalization processes of companies in various sectors. TÜV Rheinland Portugal, Lda is a company that provides company certification, consulting, training, technical inspections and product certification services. The internship carried out in an internationalized company such as TÜV Rheinland Portugal, Lda, allowed the foundation of skills in the area of internationalization of the intern. The lack of technical training and local human resources necessary for the autonomous implementation of the HACCP system leverages TÜV Portugal to offer this service, given its experience and linguistic and cultural proximity to the target market.
