Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio desenvolve a base do tema produção automática de modelos BIM de armaduras em elementos de betão armado e, como tal, apresenta a metodologias atuais para desenvolvimento desta atividade e as grandes finalidades da sua aplicação. O estudo aprofunda na temática da criação de ferramentas próprias para a modelação automática de armaduras, com uma revisão prévia às capacidades de alguns dos softwares atuais, com ferramentas de modelação de armaduras, e aos propósitos da mesma, apontando as mais valias e as limitações dos mesmos nesta área.
É testada a ideia da pormenorização em função dos regulamentos europeus aplicáveis e da extração de quantidades materiais em conjunto com informação adicional relevante para a temática desenvolvida, realizando testes na área do dimensionamento estrutural, na produção de documentação, desenhos de pormenor e interoperabilidade na passagem de dados e modelos entre os diversos aplicativos.
A metodologia BIM é uma das grandes bases de apoio desta dissertação porque é a partir da mesma que é alcançado o objetivo de integração das diversas áreas sobre o modelo tridimensional base, analisando o grau de eficiência com que é conseguida essa passagem de dados e quais os desafios que se colocam à correta aplicação do método BIM dentro do tema desenvolvido.
This internship report develops the basis on the subject of automatic production of rebar BIM models for reinforced concrete elements theme, and as such presents the current methodologies for the development of this activity and the major purposes of its application. The study expands on the theme of self-created tools for automatic reinforcement modeling, with a prior summary to the capabilities of some of today's software, with rebar modeling tools, and their purposes, pointing out the gains and the limitations of their use on the field. The ideas of rebar detailing according to the applicable European regulations, and the extraction of the material quantities are tested, along with additional contente relevant for the developed theme. Tests on the fields of structural design, production of documentation, detail drawings and in the data transfer interoperability of models between different applications were also performed. BIM methodology is one of the major bases of support of this thesis because it is from it that the goal of the integration of the various areas on the base three-dimensional model is achieved, analyzing the degree of efficiency that is achieved on data interchanging and what are the challenges arising from the correct application of BIM method within the developed theme.
