Abstract(s)
O presente estudo visa analisar o processo de implementação do Núcleo
Pedagógico Integrado no Instituto Federal Farroupilha – Campus Alegrete,
bem como as implicações desta instância colegiada na gestão das atividades
de ensino. Para isso, analisou-se os registros das reuniões do núcleo,
resultando numa síntese histórica acerca da sua implementação. Além disso,
foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com membros e ex-membros
do núcleo, a fim de compreender o modo como estes sujeitos compreendem
a sua participação, suas percepções acerca do papel deste órgão e as relações
que estabelece com a gestão do ensino. A revisão da literatura, compreende
reflexões produzidas a partir do entrelaçamento dos conhecimentos no
âmbito da administração pública e privada e no âmbito da administração das
organizações educativas. Esta revisão referencia ainda os preceitos da gestão
escolar democrática, os quais reforçam a especificidade das organizações
educativas perante o ideário dos modelos gerenciais da administração.
Considerou-se assim aportes teóricos que se centram no estudo das
organizações educativas como contextos que se diferenciam de outras
organizações e centram-se na especificidade do trabalho pedagógico. Quanto
à análise dos dados recolhidos, a investigadora baseou-se no método de
análise de conteúdo, proposto por Bardin (2011). A partir da síntese
interpretativa, constatou-se a importância atribuída, pelos sujeitos
investigados, ao NPI, concebendo-o como órgão assessor da gestão do ensino
e espaço de aprendizagem capaz de promover um trabalho integrado. Apesar
da visão positiva e otimista atribuída ao núcleo, o estudo revelou que o NPI
apresenta fragilidades que comprometem a sua eficiência e eficácia junto à
gestão do ensino.
The purpose of this job is to analyse the Integrated Pedagogical Core process of implementation at Instituto Federal Farroupilha – Campus Alegrete, as well as the implications of this collegial body in the management of the teaching activities. For this, it was analysed the core meeting registrations, resulting in a historical synthesis about its implementation. Besides that, it was accomplished some semi-structured interviews with members and former members of the core, with the purpose to understand the way these people understand its participations, its perceptions about the purpose of this organ and the relations that are stablished with a teaching management. The literature review comprises reflextions produced by the interlacing of the public and private management knowledge and educational organizations management. This review talks about the democratic school management precepts, which reinforce the specificity of the educational organizations towards the ideals of managerial models of the administration. It was considered theoretical contributions about the study of the educational organizations as the contexts that differ from the others organizations, and focus on the specificity of the pedagogical job. Regarding to the collected data, the researcher was based on content analysis method, proposed by Bardin (2011). From the interpretative synthesis it was found the importance attributed by the investigated people to the Integrated Pedagogical Core, conceiving it as an advisory body for teaching management, learning space and able to promote an integrated job. Although the positive and optimistic view attributed to the core, the study revealed that the Integrated Pedagogical Core shows weaknesses that prejudice its efficiency and efficacy in teaching management.
