A internet, um fenómeno que veio revolucionar o mundo.
Dificilmente, qualquer campo da atividade humana consegue ser imune à internet. Esta
última veio reformular conceitos de velocidade e de tempo, encurtar distâncias,
ultrapassando barreiras que antes seriam impensáveis. Criou hábitos de consumo e
implicou alterações nas atividades comerciais, sendo considerada um instrumento essencial
para as empresas. O comércio eletrónico e consequentemente as novas estratégias de
marketing e publicidade são cada vez mais um foco central de muitas empresas e
organizações.
O objetivo deste trabalho prende-se com o desenvolvimento de estratégias, através do
usufruto de ferramentas de marketing, de forma a promover e aumentar a visibilidade da
Onedirect. Tendo em conta que se trata de uma empresa de vendas online, procurou-se que
as estratégias utilizadas fossem suportadas por tecnologias de informação e comunicação
(TIC), constituindo, assim, o marketing eletrónico e a publicidade online grandes
contributos nesta temática.
Os resultados do trabalho desenvolvido foram conseguidos por via da investigação-ação.
A metodologia investigação-ação serviu de suporte à investigação, sendo o método que
melhor se adaptou à situação de estágio, em que a própria investigadora esteve imersa no
meio.
De acordo com os resultados observados, comprova-se que a investigadora promoveu
alterações no ambiente organizacional, contribuindo para um maior número de
visualizações do sítio web da Onedirect e por conseguinte um maior volume esperado de
vendas.
The internet phenomenon has deeply transformed the world. Hardly, any field of human activity can be immune to internet. It reformulated the concepts of velocity and time, overcome distances, bridging the gap that in the past would have been unthinkable. The internet invented consumption habits and caused changes in commercial activities and has been identified as an important tool for the companies. The e-commerce or electronic commerce, and consequently new marketing strategies and advertising are increasingly seen as a central focus for the companies. The goal of this paperwork is about the development of strategies, through marketing tools, to promote and increase visibility of Onedirect. As a company online, your strategies implemented would have the support the information and communication technology. The e-marketing and advertising had much to contribute for this. The methodology used to achieve the results of the work was action research. The action research was the methodology that support my investigation because it was the best method adapted to the internship, in which the investigator participates in the action. According to the results, it was clearthat the investigator caused changes in organizational environment. The investigator contributed to a larger number visualizations of Onedirect's site and, in that way, promoting a greater number of sales.
