Abstract(s)
O Programa Rede Social é uma medida de política social que assenta o seu discurso no envolvimento dos atores sociais e no desenvolvimento local. Fundamenta-se nos conceitos de cidadania, participação e faz do combate à pobreza e à exclusão social o seu objetivo primeiro. Apresenta instrumentos de trabalho específicos e um modelo de organização de base municipal e de freguesia.
O Projeto que agora se apresenta insere-se num processo de revisão de um Plano de Desenvolvimento Social, em que a opção metodológica recaiu na Investigação Ação Participativa, tendo por isso como esteio a participação dos sujeitos implicados
Foi um Projeto que procurou inovar práticas sociais, no contexto da intervenção social vocacionada para jovens desempregados licenciados e exigiu um trabalho de reflexão e avaliação contínua.
Porque tinha um propósito de mudança social, implicou uma tomada de consciência de todos os seus participantes e partiu de um processo de transformação que começou por ser individual, mas que veio a ser igualmente grupal.
The Program “Rede Social” is a measure of social policy that is based on the involvement of social actors and local development. It is based on the concepts of citizenship, participation and makes the fight against poverty and social exclusion its first objective. It presents specific instruments of work and a model of organization of municipal base and of parish. The present Project is part of a process of revision of a Plan of Social Development, in which the methodological option fell in the Participatory Action-Research, having as a mainstay the participation of the subjects involved. It was a Project that sought to innovate social practices in the context of social intervention aimed at young unemployed graduates and required a work of reflection and continuous evaluation. Because it had a purpose of social change, it implied an awareness of all its participants and started from a process of transformation that began by being individual, but which came to be equally group
