Abstract(s)
Este trabalho tem como objetivo intervir na área dos Recursos Humanos,
especificamente no subprocesso Formação & desenvolvimento. Neste sentido
identificamos a Iconefile formação & consultoria Lda como Entidade Acolhedora do
Projeto.
O diagnóstico permitiu identificar como potencialidade de intervenção a
preparação do processo de transição do sistema de acreditação para a certificação,
segundo a metodologia da DGERT.
Considerando os requisitos definidos no Guia de Certificação de Entidades
formadoras, versão 2:11 da DGERT, procedeu-se ao diagnóstico da entidade
acolhedora, seguindo-se a configuração da potencialidade identificada, o
planeamento estratégico e operacional da estratégia. Terminamos com a avaliação e
validação do projeto com recurso a auditoria interna, uma vez que a concessão da
certificação pela DGERT não será possível antes de fevereiro de 2015.
Os resultados da auditoria interna permitiram concluir a eficiência e eficácia
do planeamento e da implementação, dado que evidenciaram a inexistência de não
conformidades no projeto de intervenção.
Sendo a finalidade deste projeto garantir que a Iconefile, até dezembro de
2014, cumpre com os requisitos necessários para a transição do Sistema de
acreditação para a Certificação de acordo o Guia do Sistema de Certificação de
Entidades Formadoras da DGERT, consideramos que o trabalho desenvolvido
permitirá a concessão da Certificação e assegurará a qualidade e excelência do
serviço prestado pela entidade acolhedora deste projeto de intervenção em RH.
This thesis has as a goal to step in the Human Resourses area, specifically in the subprocess of training courses & developing. In the same way, we have selected Iconefile formação & consultoria Lda as the welcoming Project institution. The diagnosis has made possible to identify has a force of intervention in the preparation of the transition process of the accreditation system to the methodology of DGERT certification. Taking into consideration the requirements defined by the “Guia de Certificação de Entidades Formadoras, versão 2:11 da DGERT”, one has started with the diagnosis of the welcoming institution, following by the identified capacity, the strategic and operational planning of the strategy. Then we ended with the evaluation and validation of the project with the resource to an internal auditing, since the award of the certification by DGERT will not be possible before March 2015. The results of the auditing were able to conclude the efficiency and effectiveness of the planning and implementation, since they have showed the nonexistence of nonconformities in the intervention project. Having this Project the goal to ensure that Iconefile, until December 2014, fulfils the necessary requirements to the natural transition from the accreditation system to the certification according to the System of Certification Guide of the Training Institutions of DGERT, we regard that this work will make possible the concession of the Certification and it will ensure the quality and excellence of the service given by the welcoming institution of this Human Resources Intervention Project.
