Abstract(s)

The requirements of NP EN ISO 9001: 2008, NP EN ISO 14001: 2012 and NP EN ISO 50001: 2011, were considered in order to improve the processes of the quality, environment and energy management system. They are governed by a process based approach, using the PDCA methodology, in order to guarantee the satisfaction of the client's requirements and to emphasize the continuous improvement. After a bibliographical research with the purpose of contextualizing the objectives, a set of subprojects was proposed to the management which, intercalated, would contribute to the resolution of the challenge to improving the management systems. The subprojects consist of the preparation of the 2017 management review, the identification of nonconformities in the systems and the plan of actions to solve them, review and adapt the company's processes and the participation in the 2017 ecoefficiency diagnosis. Besides these projects, the remaining responsibilities of the systems manager, as well as all the daily tasks associated with these responsibilities were taken over by the author. Throughout the internship period, gaps and nonconformities were identified in the system, each one being corrected in the way that was considered most adequate. These corrections went through both individual and timely actions as well as the 4 subprojects described, contributing together to make the FUTE quality, environment and energy management system better, more effective and efficient than the one initially encountered.
