Este relatório apresenta o Projeto (Re)Construção do olhar sobre o mesmo lugar,
realizado no Centro de Apoio Familiar e Aconselhamento Parental (CAFAP) do
Gabinete Social de Atendimento à Família (GAF), de Viana do Castelo, e nascido no
contexto de Mestrado em Educação e Intervenção Social: Especialização em Ação
Psicossocial em Contextos de Risco, da Escola Superior de Educação do Porto.
O Projeto abarcou a fase em que a equipa multidisciplinar do CAFAP e os
profissionais sociais das Entidades Encaminhadoras (EE) refletiram e se ocuparam em
avaliar e reestruturar os instrumentos em uso e os procedimentos de articulação
entre o CAFAP e as EE. O desenvolvimento do Projeto assenta no paradigma
emergente através da Investigação Ação Participativa (IAP). O objetivo principal
consistia em melhorar a articulação com as EE quer através do envolvimento ativo
dos profissionais quer do estudo de caso da família Ferreira sobre a intervenção
familiar integrada realizada pelo CAFAP. Estas opções metodológicas permitiram o
desenvolvimento de um trabalho cooperativo, que partiu dos seus participantes, das
circunstâncias reais vivenciadas, dos problemas concretos, das profissionais do
CAFAP, EE e famílias. O Projeto foi desenvolvido procurando a melhor articulação e
aproximação com as EE, em benefício do trabalho realizado com as famílias que são
encaminhadas para o CAFAP, visando assegurar o seu empoderamento através da
relação de ajuda.
O Projeto gerou um acréscimo de responsabilidade acerca do exercício da
profissão; uma das suas conclusões aponta para a necessidade das EE e do CAFAP de
Viana do Castelo se reunirem periodicamente como forma de avaliar para andar,
visto que as soluções que serviram no passado, ou as que nos servem a nós, não são
eternas nem imutáveis.
This report presents the results of the project (Re)Construction of looking over the same place, developed at the Family Support and Parental Councelling Centre (CAFAP) in the Social Office for Family Assistance (GAF), in Viana do Castelo, within the Masters degree in Education and Social Intervention - Specialization in Psychosocial Action in Contexts of Risk of the Oporto Superior School of Education. This project covers the phase in which the multidisciplinary team of CAFAP and the social professionals of the Referring Entities (EE) reflected upon and took on the evaluation and restructuring of the inner methodologies in use as well as the articulation procedures between CAFAP and EE. The development of this project is anchored on the emerging paradigm, by using the Participatory Action Research methodology (IAP). The main objective was to improve the link with EE, or through the case study of the Ferreira family in the integrated family intervention done by CAFAP. These methodological options allowed the development of a full cooperative work based on its participants, their experienced circumstances, and the real problems they endure, as well as the professionals at CAFAP, and in GAF. This project was developed in search of a better connection and approach with the EE, in the benefit of the work done with families referred for intervention at CAFAP, to ensure their empowerment and establish a helping relationship. The project generated an increase in responsibility about the professional practice, one of its conclusions being the need of the EE and CAFAP in Viana do Castelo to meet regularly as a way of evaluating towards developing, since the solutions that have been used so far have served us but are not eternal or unchangeable.
