Abstract(s)
O presente relatório apoia-se na descrição e reflexão sobre as vivências e
experiências desenvolvidas no âmbito da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada,
sendo o principal objetivo contribuir para um desenvolvimento profissional e
pessoal da mestranda. Este momento da formação mostrou-se repleto de
descobertas do profissionalismo docente na procura de novos e melhores
modos de agir, procurando uma articulação duradoura entre a teoria e a
prática.
Deste percurso realçam-se os momentos de reflexão e cooperação com os
professores cooperantes, supervisores e demais intervenientes pois
possibilitaram o partilhar de dúvidas e ideias na concretização de novas
aprendizagens.
Complementarmente à prática de ensino supervisionada, potenciou-se o
amadurecimento dos saberes profissionais pela metodologia de investigaçãoação,
sendo um suporte na construção de conhecimentos mais sólidos, pela
planificação, ação e reflexão promotoras de situações de aprendizagem
fundamentais para o crescimento profissional e pessoal. Neste âmbito, numa
visão holística que envolveu os estudantes, professores, encarregados de
educação e comunidade em geral, apresenta-se um projeto educativo
relacionado com a Igualdade de Género que resultou da observação e reflexão
educativa e pessoal da professora estagiária, constituindo-se como uma
tentativa de promover atitudes e comportamentos dos estudantes pautadas
pelo respeito e tolerância.
No final deste percurso, pela adoção de uma atitude reflexiva e crítica sobre
a ação educativa, a professora estagiária consciencializou-se da importância de
cada passo dado para este desafio de ser professor, com o desejo de alcançar o
seu maior objetivo – chegar a todas as crianças – e com a certeza de que há
muito mais para aprender e construir.
The present report is based on the description and reflection on the experiences developed within the framework of the Supervised Teaching Practice, whose main objective is to contribute to the professional and personal development of the master student. This training period was filled with discoveries of teaching professionalism in search of new and better ways of acting, seeking a link between theory and practice. Through this journey, the moments of reflection and cooperation with the cooperating teachers, supervisors and other participants are highlighted, as they enabled the sharing of doubts and ideas in the realization of new learning. In addition to the supervised teaching practice, the maturity of professional knowledge was increased by the methodology of action-research, being a support in the construction of more solid knowledge, through planning, action and reflection, promoting fundamental learning situations for professional and personal growth. In this context, an educational project related to Gender Equality was presented in a holistic vision that involved students, teachers, parents, and the community. This project resulted from the personal and educational observation and reflection of the trainee teacher, in an attempt to promote students attitudes and behaviors guided by respect and tolerance. At the end of this training period, through the adoption of a reflexive and critical attitude about the educational action, the trainee teacher became aware of the challenge of being a teacher; seeking to achieve its greatest objective - every children matters - with the certainty that there is much more to learn and build.
