O presente trabalho investiga os processos de planeamento e execução de eventos em hotelaria, tendo como base o estudo de caso do Porto Palácio Hotel by The Editory. A pesquisa aborda a crescente importância dos eventos para a diversificação de receitas e o combate à sazonalidade na hotelaria. Através de uma metodologia qualitativa, baseada em entrevistas semiestruturadas com colaboradores do Hotel e análise de conteúdo dos dados recolhidos, o estudo explora as fases críticas da gestão de eventos, desde o planeamento inicial até à avaliação pós-evento. São identificadas as sinergias entre equipas, os desafios operacionais e as estratégias adotadas para assegurar o sucesso e a satisfação do cliente. Os resultados oferecem insights valiosos sobre as melhores práticas e áreas para melhoria contínua na organização de eventos em contexto hoteleiro, contribuindo para a literatura sobre gestão de eventos e hotelaria.
