This study analyzes female entrepreneurship in the artistic and cultural sector in Portugal, revealing how multidimensional sustainability is integrated into the business structures of women artist-entrepreneurs. Through a qualitative approach, the narrative trajectories of four Portuguese artist-entrepreneurs were analyzed. The results suggest that success takes on a multidimensional nature, where purpose and intrinsic motivations surpass conventional financial metrics as cornerstones of resilience. Faced with the failure of traditional systems to recognize intangible value, these women use moral legitimacy to mitigate gender biases and barriers to funding. The findings indicate that the androcentric predominance of the ecosystem tends to render hybrid models invisible, despite their relevance for territorial regeneration. Therefore, the study highlights the need to implement multidimensional indicators and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles capable of recognizing the real impact of this sustainable entrepreneurship.
