Abstract(s)
Nos Ćŗltimos anos, os paradigmas de gestĆ£o tĆŖm vindo a alterar-se. A dinĆ¢mica de um mundo em constante atualização e a competitividade do mercado do trabalho obrigam as partes envolvidas a repensarem constantemente os seus mĆ©todos no sentido de cumprirem os seus objetivos. Na Ć”rea da formação profissional, assim como em outras Ć”reas administrativas, esta situação nĆ£o Ć© diferente. A pressĆ£o e necessidade constante de fazer mais e melhor acabam por impulsionar gestores e organização na busca de novos elementos dentro do contexto organizacional que possam resultar em benefĆcios e melhorias contĆnuas dos negócios, consolidando assim produtos e serviƧos, trazendo inovação num mercado tĆ£o competitivo.
Por se tratar, ainda, de uma ferramenta pouco conhecida por muitas organizaƧƵes, e por ser um tema novo na administração moderna, existem poucas referĆŖncias sobre a metodologia Kaizen, tornando-se necessĆ”ria a sua disseminação atravĆ©s de novos artigos cientĆficos, novos projetos e tentativa de aplicabilidade em organizaƧƵes mais diversificadas.
Neste contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho é a implementação de um modelo que promova o sucesso e a excelência. Este projeto propõe-se construir um guião de implementação da metodologia Kaizen na Academia Lipor (Centro de Formação Profissional da LIPOR) que seja útil para alargar a bibliografia existente sobre este tema e que se constitua como um documento de referência na implementação desta metodologia em entidades de formação profissional ou outras de serviços administrativos.
Tendo em conta a escassa bibliografia sobre o tema, consideramos que este trabalho contribui para a construção de conhecimento sobre a implementação do Kaizen, debruçando-se sobre um serviço em evidente ascensão (formação profissional) e sobre o qual existe pouca prÔtica documentada.
In the last years, management paradigms have been changing. The dynamics of a world in constant updating and competitiveness of the labor market require organizations to constantly rethink their methods in order to meet their goals. In vocational training, as well as other administrative areas, this situation is no different. The pressure and constant need to do more and better end up boosting management and organization in search of new elements within the organizational context that could result in benefits and continuous business improvements, consolidating products and services, bringing innovation in such a competitive market. Due to some lack of knowledge for many organizations, and being a new theme in modern management, there are few references to the Kaizen methodology, making it necessary to spread it through new scientific articles, new projects and attempt the applicability in diverse organizations. In this context, the objective of this work is the implementation of a model that promotes success and excellence. This project proposes to build an implementation script of the Kaizen methodology in Academia Lipor (LIPOR Vocational Training Centre) that is useful to extend the existing literature on this topic and that is constituted as a reference document on the implementation of this methodology in vocational training entities or other administrative services. Given the scarce bibliography on the subject, we believe that this work has contributed to build knowledge on the implementation of Kaizen, leaning over a service in apparent rise (vocational training) and on which there is little documented practice.
