O presente relatório de estágio, requisito parcial para a obtenção do grau de
Mestre em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.° Ciclo do Ensino Básico, tem
como objetivo apresentar e explorar o percurso formativo desenvolvido nos dois
contextos educativos no âmbito da Prática Educativa Supervisionada.
Neste documento procurou-se apresentar a mobilização dos conhecimentos
científicos, metodológicos, didáticos e pedagógicos que sustentaram a prática
pedagógica, assim como apresenta a construção da identidade profissional de
perfil duplo da mestranda. A aproximação à metodologia de investigação-ação,
caracterizada por quatro etapas cíclicas e dinâmicas de observação,
planificação, ação e reflexão, contribuiu para a construção de uma atitude
profissional reflexiva, crítica e investigativa, proporcionando a articulação entre
saber teórico e a prática.
De salientar, o papel preponderante do trabalho colaborativo entre os
diferentes atores educativos na construção e partilha de saberes ao longo de
todo o percurso. Este trabalho colaborativo potenciou o desenvolvimento de
capacidades profissionais e pessoais da docente estagiária, com o intuito de
promover práticas educativas inovadoras e transformadoras, onde a criança é o
centro do processo de ensino e aprendizagem.
This internship report, a partial requirement for obtaining a Master's degree in Pre-School Education and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, aims to present and explore the training path developed in the two educational contexts within the scope of Educational Practice Supervisioned. This document sought to present made the mobilization of scientific, methodological, didactic and pedagogical knowledge that supported the practice, as well as presents the construction of the professional identity with a double profile of the master's student. The approach to the action-research methodology, characterized by four cyclical and dynamic stages of observation, planning, action and reflection, contributed to the construction of a reflective, critical and investigative professional attitude, providing the articulation between theoretical knowledge and practice. It should be noted, the predominant role of collaborative work between different educational actors in the construction and sharing of knowledge throughout the course. This collaborative work boosted the development of professional and personal skills of the trainee teacher, with the aim of promoting innovative and transformative educational practices, where the child is the center of the teaching and learning process.
