- Qualidade de vida, produtividade e satisfação durante o trabalho remoto: estudo com os servidores do IFRO - Campus Ji-Paraná durante a pandemia do covid-19Publication . Menegaz, Max Uanderson Pereira; Araújo, Manuel Salvador Gomes deThe COVID-19 pandemic surprised everyone. The high transmission capacity of a new variation of the coronavirus has made the world seek to adapt quickly and, in many ways, with social isolation being one of the most effective means indicated by health authorities. The objectives of the study were: to describe and analyze the impacts of work flexibility at the Federal Institute of Rondônia on the Ji-Paraná Campus, namely with regard to QOL, Productivity and Server Satisfaction during the remote work period. Knowing the relationship between the variables chosen to analyze, as well as exploring the differences in these variables according to different demographic and professional groups, was also an objective to be achieved in this study, as well as conducting predictive studies on the influence of QoL and Satisfaction on Productivity. This is a case study in which it sought to answer: what were the impacts of remote work on the quality of life, satisfaction and productivity of workers? The variables considered were physical, psychological, environmental, satisfaction and productivity. Each of them has a specific impact on the lives of individuals and, thus, we sought to understand their broad impacts on the entire sample. A total of 51 civil servants were questioned from a total of 131 (39% of the population), 60.8% men, 47.1% from 36 to 45 years old, 49% masters, 84.3% married, 62.7% with children, 60 .8% with dependents, 58.8% TAE. In Hypothesis 1, it was found that quality of life (QoL) presented the highest values in the topic’s locomotion, meaning of life, living conditions, means of transport and QoL in general, with an average between 3.9 to 4.9, considered good. The lowest values were in the ability to enjoy life, satisfaction with the performance of daily activities, ability to work and access to health services, which was only in the reasonable category. The issue of physical quality of life was predominantly regular (52.9% of the sample). Psychological QoL fit, in 62.9% of the sample, as it needs improvement. In personal relationships, the majority, 45.1% classified themselves as good QoL. In environmental QOL 50.7% of respondents reported a regular classification. The total QOL was essentially (84.3%) classified as regular. In hypothesis 2, we sought to verify whether married workers and those with dependents showed drops in the QoL indices in the experienced pandemic context. People without dependents have a higher QoL in the social sphere than people with dependents, even lower values are found when interviewed married and with dependents are evaluated. In hypothesis 3, the issue of productivity was raised, in which 66.7% of the sample is at a high level of assessment (from 40 to 60 points). In hypothesis 4, it was found that the main variables analyzed were positively and statistically related to each other. It was evident that there is a relationship among them, falls in one of the variables will bring changes to others. In hypotheses 5 and 6, the aim was to understand whether Satisfaction and Quality of Life are predictors of productivity. The data indicated that satisfaction, physical, psychological, social and environmental criteria will rise, productivity will also be high. There was a slight difference between the results for men and women, with men being slightly higher. The data collected indicate that the quality of life of workers is essentially in ranges that need regular and improvement, especially among those married with children and who needed to readjust to the work environment, acting remotely due to the pandemic
