MORAES, GABRIEL DE ALMEIDA; Costa, Eduardo José Rego Gil daThis work investigates and proposes improvements to project management processes within the High Voltage team at YAZAKI Saltano, a leading company in the automotive sector. The main goal is to analyse existing processes project management practices, identifying areas that can be improved. The methodology applied is Action Research, which facilitated the planning, action, and reflection for this work. A literature review on project management and Industry 4.0 provided the theoretical foundation, while practical implementation was evaluated through case studies. The main focus of this work is the evaluation of YAZAKI internal project management processes, the Global Process Management System (GPMS) and understand how team can improve their performance following the GPMS task. To improve the team performance on managing projects, Wrike has been implemented. A project management software to help team improve task tracking and time spent on different project and tasks. The results demonstrate significant potential for standardization, process efficiency, and digital transformation.
