Abstract(s)
As ferramentas Lean são aplicadas em inúmeras indústrias em todo o mundo, principalmente, na área da produção. O projeto desenvolvido pretende melhorar a arrumação do armazém de uma empresa do ramo da marroquinaria situada em Vila Nova de Gaia, e facilitar os processos inerentes a este como reposições, encomendas, abastecimento da produção, etc. Neste projeto foram revistas algumas ferramentas, selecionadas as que seriam aplicáveis no contexto de um armazém de matéria-prima e nas tarefas a ele inerentes, tendo em vista a redução de custos, de espaço de armazém necessário, de tempo despendido nas tarefas necessárias para a sua boa gestão, redução de erro e de gestão de stocks. Foram aplicadas ferramentas como Muri, Muda e Mura, 5S, Kanban em linhas de produção e PokaYoke. Com estas reduziu-se o tempo de reposição das matérias na produção, o stock nas linhas de produção, o número de referências existentes em armazém, o erro no fornecimento das requisições estabilizou-se a oscilação de quantidades requisitadas ao armazém, servindo de ponto de partida para a aplicação do Kanban no armazém.
Lean tools are applied in numerous industries around the world, mostly in production areas. The project aims to improve the storage of the warehouse of a company in the leather industry located at Vila Nova de Gaia and facilitate the processes inherent to it such as replacements, orders, supply of production, etc. In this project some tools were reviewed, select those would be applicable in the context of a warehouse and in the tasks associated to it, to reduce costs, necessary storage space, time spent on the tasks necessary for their management, error reduction and stock management.
