Abstract(s)
O contexto organizacional tem sofrido diversas mutações, sendo que atualmente os mercados exigem diferenciação, passando o conhecimento a ser o meio para as organizações atingirem vantagens competitivas. Requer-se que a produção seja mais específica e orientada para o cliente, reformulam-se assim, as estruturas organizacionais, optando-se por uma orientação para projetos. A eficiência, que é uma das vantagens competitivas, só se consegue quando a organização é capaz de gerir o seu conhecimento, e os seus projetos.
Contudo, as organizações possuem também uma vertente de índole humana e social, ou seja, é-lhes associada uma cultura, sendo que esta influência o ambiente interno de cada organização. Para uma gestão eficiente do conhecimento é tomada em consideração a cultura vigente, torna-se necessário compreender quais os impactos da mesma.
Neste âmbito, objetiva-se investigar qual o impacto da cultura organizacional na gestão do conhecimento em organizações orientadas para projetos, visto que a influencia da mesma já se encontra comprovada em outros estudos. Para conseguir alcançar este propósito, optou-se pela distribuição de inquéritos, ou seja, uma metodologia quantitativa. Espera-se salientar com este estudo o poder que a gestão do conhecimento pode ter numa organização, como também notas de que modo certos padrões culturais podem suscitar barreiras ou facilitar esta mesma gestão.
The organizational context has gone through a lot of transformation and giving that nowadays the markets claim for differentiation, knowledge stands as the means for orgnizational to achieve competive advantage. Production is required to be more especific and customer-oriented, as such the organizational structure were revised leading to the adoption of a projetc based oriented structure. Efficiency, which is seen as a competitive advantage, can only be reach if an organization is capable of managing their own knowledge and projects. However, the organizations also have a human and social dimension, which means that they have a culture incorporated. The culture of each organization influences internal environment. To an effective knowledge management the organizational culture must be taken in account, in this way becomes necessary to understand the impacts of it. Therefore in this investigation it’s aimed to understand what is the impact of organizational culture on knowledge management in project-oriented organizations, since that the influence of organizational culture on the knowledge management has been aproved in other studies. In order to achieve this purpose inquiries where distributed, going for a quantitative methodology in this way. With this investigation is aspire to note the power of knowledge management in an organization, underlining how certain cultural patterns can raise barriers or facilitate this same management.
