Abstract(s)
O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito da unidade curricular de Estágio do Mestrado de Auditoria, do Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração, do Politécnico do Porto.
Inicialmente, o objetivo deste relatório é proporcionar um enquadramento teórico aprofundado sobre os sistemas ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Os ERP são softwares que tem como intuito centralizar e integrar informações dentro de uma organização, permitindo a criação de uma base de dados única e acessível a todos os colaboradores.
Este relatório tem, também, como propósito apresentar o trabalho realizado e a experiência adquirida ao longo do estágio de 400 horas, em contabilidade, desenvolvido na Voltalia Portugal S.A. O referido documento descreve de forma detalhada todas as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio, uma caracterização do grupo empresarial em questão e das duas empresas em que as atividades foram realizadas, a empresa-mãe, Voltalia Portugal S.A e sua subsidiária, Mprime Solar Solutions, S.A. As atividades desenvolvidas são apresentadas de forma segmentada, tendo em conta as duas entidades envolvidas, bem como os diferentes sistemas ERP utilizados, o SAP (Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing) e o IFS (Global Enterprise Software Solution Provider).
O objetivo principal do estágio foi proporcionar um primeiro contacto com o mercado de trabalho, permitindo, assim, a aplicação dos conhecimentos teóricos num contexto prático. Ademais, procurou promover o desenvolvimento de competências na utilização de ferramentas informáticas de apoio ao processo contabilístico, bem como na aquisição de experiência profissional inicial no tratamento, análise e elaboração de informação na empresa.
Numa fase final, é efetuada uma análise à literatura, à luz da experiência adquirida durante o estágio realizado.
This report was prepared within the scope of the Internship course of the Master's in Auditing at the Institute of Accounting and Administration, Polytechnic of Porto. Initially, the objective of this report is to provide an in-depth theoretical framework on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. ERP systems are software solutions aimed at centralizing and integrating information within an organization, enabling the creation of a unique database accessible to all employees. This report also aims to present the work performed and the experience gained during the 400-hour internship in accounting, developed at Voltalia Portugal S.A. The document provides a detailed description of all activities carried out during the internship, as well as a characterization of the corporate group in question and the two companies where the activities were conducted: the parent company, Voltalia Portugal S.A., and its subsidiary, Mprime Solar Solutions S.A. The developed activities are presented in a segmented manner, considering the two involved entities and the different ERP systems used, namely SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) and IFS (Global Enterprise Software Solution Provider). The main objective of the internship was to provide a first contact with the job market, thus allowing the application of theoretical knowledge in a practical context. Moreover, it aimed at promoting the development of skills in the use of computer tools supporting accounting processes, as well as gaining initial professional experience in processing, analyzing, and preparing information within the company. In the final phase, an analysis of literature is made, considering the experience gained during the internship.
