| dc.description.abstract | Com o presente estudo, realizado no âmbito do Relatório Final de Estágio em Ensino de Inglês no 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, proponho-me perceber se, e de que forma, o audiovisual é de alguma forma útil na aprendizagem no Inglês Língua Estrangeira num contexto desfavorecido do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. O estudo assenta na convicção de que alunos integrados em contexto desfavorecido beneficiarão do uso dos audiovisuais no ensino da língua Inglesa sendo que o audiovisual é capaz de influenciar o comportamento, o interesse e a motivação. O estudo desenvolvido aproxima-se de um paradigma interpretativo baseado numa metodologia humanista-interpretativa com a utilização de uma técnica qualitativa descritiva e quantitativa numa perspetiva de investigação-ação (Alarcão, 2001). É através dos resultados obtidos que se constatou que a utilização do audiovisual permite um maior envolvimento dos alunos nas atividades propostas e promove a melhoria do processo de ensino/aprendizagem ao contribuir para o aumento da motivação e do interesse. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Through the present study, developed in the framework of Final Internship Report of teaching English in primary school years, I aim to understand how audiovisual is an useful tool in the learning of English as a foreign language in an underprivileged context of primary education. This study stands upon the conviction that students in such underprivileged context could benefit from the usage of audiovisual tools in the teaching of English being that these tools can influence the behavior, the interest and motivation of the students. The study developed resorts to an interpretivist paradigm based upon a humanistic-interpretivist methodology with the usage of a qualitative descriptive technique in an investigation-action perspective (Alarcão, 2001). The results obtained served to understand that the usage of audiovisual tools allows greater engagement of the students in the various activities presented and served to improve the teaching-learning process through their contribution to the rise in motivation and interest. | pt_PT |
