Abstract(s)
O estudo investiga a influência das relações interpessoais no processo de produção musical, destacando a importância da comunicação, confiança e colaboração. Através de uma metodologia com estudo de caso e abordagens etnográficas, foram produzidas cinco músicas e documentados os seus processos, para posterior análise. Os resultados mostram que a eficácia no diálogo, a gestão de expectativas e a moderação do ego são determinantes para o sucesso dos projetos. Conclui-se que as habilidades interpessoais são competências tão ou mais importantes quanto as técnicas e criativas na produção musical.

Through a methodology involving a case study and ethnographic approaches, five songs were produced, and their processes documented for further analysis. The results show that effective dialogue, managing expectations, and moderating ego are crucial for project success. It is concluded that interpersonal skills are as important as, or even more important than, technical and creative skills in music production.
