O e-learning tem ganho destaque como uma ferramenta vital para o desenvolvimento
contínuo de habilidades e conhecimentos. Com o avanço das tecnologias digitais, a
comunicação eficaz tornou-se essencial para otimizar a eficácia destes sistemas
educacionais.
Com a presente investigação, pretende-se estudar o papel da comunicação digital nos
sistemas de e-learning na empresa MBi – Excelerate Your Business, utilizando uma
metodologia de estudo de caso. Esta investigação explorou as práticas de comunicação
digital num dos produtos de e-learning oferecidos pela empresa, a Academia d’Excel,
utilizando dados recolhidos ao longo de 10 meses de colaboração autorizada. Além do estudo
de caso, foi desenvolvido um questionário online para recolher dados quantitativos sobre a
utilização e perceções dos utilizadores em relação ao e-learning.
Os principais resultados revelaram que a comunicação digital desempenha um papel crucial
na interação e aprendizagem dos alunos, destacando a sua importância na facilitação da
colaboração e no engagement dos alunos. Os participantes demonstraram uma alta
frequência de utilização das ferramentas de comunicação digital, preferindo cursos práticos
e interativos que combinam teoria e aplicação prática. As recomendações incluem a
necessidade de aumentar a interação entre alunos e formadores, promover a colaboração
entre os alunos através de grupos de estudo e projetos colaborativos, além de aprimorar
continuamente a interface digital para melhorar a experiência do utilizador.
Esta investigação contribui para a compreensão de como as estratégias de comunicação
digital podem ser otimizadas para melhorar a eficácia dos sistemas de e-learning,
proporcionando insights valiosos para aperfeiçoar as práticas educacionais online na
empresa MBi – Ecelerate Your Business e além dela.

With the advancement of digital technologies, effective communication has become essential to optimize the efficiency of these educational systems. This investigation aims to study the role of digital communication in e-learning systems at the company MBi – Excelerate Your Business, using a case study methodology. This research explored the digital communication practices in one of the e-learning products offered by the company, the Academia d'Excel, utilizing data collected over 10 months of authorized collaboration. In addition to the case study, an online questionnaire was developed to gather quantitative data on users' usage and perceptions regarding e-learning. The main results revealed that digital communication plays a crucial role in students' interaction and learning, highlighting its importance in facilitating collaboration and engagement. Participants showed a high frequency of using digital communication tools, preferring practical and interactive courses that combine theory and practical application. Recommendations include the need to increase interaction between students and instructors, promote collaboration among students through study groups and collaborative projects, and continuously improve the digital interface to enhance the user experience. This research contributes to understanding how digital communication strategies can be optimized to improve the effectiveness of e-learning systems, providing valuable insights to enhance online educational practices at MBi – Excelerate Your Business and beyond.
